Pre & Postnatal Reformer
Pregnancy (Prenatal)
Prenatal clients are welcome to join any Essentials class.
With a focus on breath, alignment, and control, these classes support safe, comfortable movement throughout pregnancy. You’ll work on maintaining strength, improving posture, and supporting the core and pelvic floor through functional, low-impact exercises.
Modifications can be offered based on your needs and stage of pregnancy.
Prerequisite: Suitable from the second trimester onwards (or earlier with an established Pilates practice). Medical clearance recommended.
Mum & Baby (Postnatal)
Mum & Baby is a gentle yet effective reformer class designed to support recovery after birth. You’ll focus on reconnecting to the core and pelvic floor, improving posture, and gradually rebuilding strength through controlled, low-impact movement.
This class prioritises safe progression - helping you regain stability, release tension, and move with greater confidence as your body recovers.
Babies (up to crawling age) are welcome to join you.
Prerequisite: Minimum 6 weeks postpartum, or 8 weeks following a C-section, with medical clearance.
