Free parking is available nearby in the Boat Club car park and the Council car park at Agnew’s Field - both are a short walk.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. For reformer Pilates, grip socks are recommended. Yoga can be practised barefoot if preferred.

All you need to bring is your own water bottle, everything else is provided. We have all the equipment you need and our mats are free to use. If you’d prefer to use your own mat and/or blanket for yoga, you are more than welcome to bring it along.

Yes, our cancellation policy for classes is 8 hours. If you have to cancel after the 8-hour window you will unfortunately lose your pass.

Classes can be booked online through our booking system. We recommend booking in advance, as spaces are limited.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early as we often have back-to-back classes.

To maintain a calm and uninterrupted environment, late entry may not always be possible. If you think you may be delayed, please get in touch ahead of time.
