Dynamic is a more fast-paced, progressive class that develops strength, control, and coordination through more challenging sequences and layered movement.

With a focus on precision and flow, you’ll deepen your connection to the work while moving with greater confidence and control. This is still an accessible class with options to progress or modify, making it ideal for consistent practice and long-term results.
