A blend of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, designed to build strength with control and refinement.

This low impact class focuses on small, deliberate movements and sustained holds to build strength and improve posture, balance, and stability. Using bodyweight, the barre, and light props, each sequence is layered to challenge the entire body, while maintaining alignment and precision.

This is not a dance class, so no dance experience is required. Suitable for all fitness levels.
